SHIPPING POLICY

All jewelry is handcrafted and made with love in Los Angeles, Ca.

All crystal stones have been personally sourced by me from various locations around the country. I take pride in knowing that each stone has been hand selected by me and is authentic and semi-precious quality.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be made and shipped, unless we have previously discussed that you need it sooner. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification and tracking number so you can track via USPS. Once your package is out of our hands, it is out of our control if your package has been lost, stolen or damaged. Please contact your local Post Office to get more information.

RETURN POLICY

If an item does not fit please contact within (5) calendar days and we will gladly resize your item for a $5 fee per item plus shipping cost. You can e-mail shopcrystalsky@gmail.com and include your sales order number and the items you wish to resize.
